Dear Henk and MaryettaThank you for your note. We are finally home in Scotland following our Air France flight cancellation on the 19th April. We only managed to get a flight on the 28th April to Paris and our onward flight to Edinburgh late afternoon on the 29th April.As frustrated as we were Grace was simply delighted to miss soooo many school days and of course the family delighted to have the extended holiday in the sunshine of South Africa.Henk and Maryetta we enjoyed our stay with you at 24 Riviere so very much. Your hospitality was exceptional and your kindness and patience with the two little people much appreciated, it enabled us to relax and enjoy our stay as we never felt that Grace and Rhett bothered you.Maryetta, you spoilt us with each and every meal, to such an extent that we are all on stringent diets!! Thank you for delicious meals. Grace and Rhett were most impressed with the packed lunch that arrived in a special bag and the novelty of going off in your bakkie for a picnic along with their packed lunch. Thank you for Rhett's yummy birthday cake...delicious.Henk, your sense of humour was very much appreciated and the two men (boys!!) just so enjoyed your selection of wines and the freedom to choose from too. Our lodge was splendid, every comfort catered for and the hot tub on the deck was a BIG hit!!Without a doubt the days shared with you at 24 Riviere was the highlight of our stay and we miss all of it and you both too.Hope that this note finds you and the family well and we trust you had a great time when you took your well deserved break just after we left.Sincerely we hope we will have the opportunity to visit you again...until then take care, look after yourselves and may 24 Riviere go from strength to strength.Kindest regardsSteve Heather Philippa Anton Grace and Rhett

We zijn weer veilig en wel thuis gekomen....alle foto's staan op facebook...Nogmaals super bedankt voor alles....voor t versieren, t paardrijden,t gezellige wijntje drinken en het heerlijke eten....!We hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad!Hopelijk tot volgende maand......!!
